First of all you need to choose the name and the seat of the company. If you do not have a seat of the company we can provide for it practically anywhere in Croatia for reasonable price.
Director signs POA, declaration of competence, signature specimen and consent with registration of the company into Companies register.
Founder signs POA which enables our representative to sign deed of association on his behalf and to open a bank account for basic capital of the company.
Basic capital in amount of minimally 20,000 Croatian kunas is transferred to the above mentioned bank account. As soon as the transfer is carried out successfully bank issues the certificate which is needed for Companies register. Basic capital remains blocked on the bank account during the company formation. After the company is formed only the director of the company can dispose with the account.
As soon as all documents for Companies register are ready the procedure may start. Depending on region the process can take 2-3 weeks.
After the company is registered with Companies register it is necessary to register it on Revenue and Statistical office and to activate the bank account.
